Katie became Principal Solicitor at Mal Ryan & Glen in 2013.  Katie practices in all of the firm’s practice areas and has a special interest in planning for the future and estates.

 

Katie graduated in Law and Arts from Monash University in 2005 and commenced her legal career at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. She moved to Mansfield and began working at Mal Ryan and Glen under its previous management in 2007.  In 2009 she took up an associateship to Justice Lex Lasry in the Victorian Supreme Court following which she worked at the Office of Public Prosecutions.  She enjoys the unique challenges associated with rural legal practice and is committed to serving her clients with care and dedication.

 

Katie is on the Board of the Mansfield District Hospital and is the Chair of its Audit and Risk Management Committee. She has previously served as a board member of MACE Inc (Mansfield Adult Continuing Education) and sat on the Mansfield Shire Council Audit and Risk Advisory Committee.
